Purchase direct from Medik8 with confidence, and definitely no hassle.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return any product at least half-full within 30 days after purchase. 

For international returns the return costs must be paid by yourself. 

Please write your Medik8 order number add order number* clearly on the outside of your returns parcel so we can then process your return efficiently. Please keep hold of the returns receipt for your records until we have processed your return.

Please return your product to; Pangaea Laboratories, Unit 4, Samian way, Symmetry Park, Aston Clinton, HP22 5WJ, UK. 

Please allow up to 21 working days from the date you posted the return to be processed and you will receive a notification once completed.
