Occasionally a small air pocket can form inside, preventing the serum from dispensing - fortunately this is usually easy to resolve.

Please try squeezing the tube firmly from the base - similar to a toothpaste tube - while pressing the pump multiple times until some product comes out. To help demonstrate we have created this video.
